i l l m a t i c
**************************************16/07/04 10:27]And it's an absolutely belting line-up including The Mondays, Nirvana, NWA, Guns 'n' Roses and, er, Vanilla Ice... Rockstar look set to produce the best game soundtrack ever. Again. Vice City's 80s tunes raised the bar for music licensing in games and the soundtrack to San Andreas looks even better. We assume that the tracks will be organised into radio stations as in the other GTAs, so the listing below should turn out to be just a cross-section of the music on offer. Smilee
It's a pretty good soundtrack, but one thing I don't get is why they put rock music in a ghetto/gangster oriented game.
Gryph
There might be more to the game than just ghetto. There maybe some SoCal punk gangs.
Jiggs
Besides, Vice City was mindful to capture the feel of the times through the radio stations, and I think they're going for the same thing here. After all, the early 90's didn't just feature rap. Besides, I need something to listen to while driving on the sidewalks. Wizard
I have a feeling this isn't the whole setlist for the game. Telling from the selection. The game takes place between 1994 and 1997.
