trouble playing a movie

I was wondering how you play these movies? I know it has a very small cue and a rather large.bin file, is this the kind of movie where i have to create a virtual drive to play it? such as using daemons tools or somthing?

Yep Your Right Use Those Tools. And Bin And Cue Files Are Just Like ISOs Just In A Different Format, Kinda Thing, And Are Usally Images Of S/VCD Disks.

You need to use Daemon tools to load the.bin file.
