Screw the old houses, they are so overrated now.

 

How about in an amusement park? Thats always fun. Bumpers cars come out of nowhere.

 

A guy is standing looking frightened. And the Grim Reaper Slashes his head off while riding on the roller coaster.

 

It would be just be funny and scary at the same time.

A bloodstained merry-go-round that has rotting, disfigured corpses of real horses skewered with poles. Then the protagonist would have to fight bloody mirrors images of himself.

Hey I'm not that sick minded. I rather have no frontal nudity because I'm not old enough for that stuff yet :P

 

Amusement parks are the greatest settings for horror movies in my opinion.

 

Imagine the hero Riding the horse and the killer behind him on the merry go round :P
