iam having problems with this torrent site

iam having problems registering at http://bt.xbox-sky.com:8080/ has anyone ever registered.i keep on registering but i get no email from them some have this problem or they just get ip banned for no reason.

sorry didnt know where to post it.guess i now know where to post things like these.and it is xbox related since its a xbox torrent site maybe not x box emulation material.

2 possiblities:

Tracker is down, use something like torrent spy to check if it's up

or

Registered Only, selfexplainable.
