Well I Got Adobe Photoshop CS(Not Image Ready) From A Torrent(I Think) A While Ago And i Felt Liek Editing A Picture, When I Used The Healing Brush I Got This:

You Can See The Huge Fuzzy In The Middle, So Is There A Way To Get Rid OF That?

And I What Are The plugins You Guys Use The Most?
