Need For Speed Underground : Please Help

I dont know wether this question can be ask in here, but this is a Pc games tech help, so i want to ask a few things..

 

Where can i get a Mod or Skin of a car, i heard that there are cars that can be downloaded and put into this game, if there is such things, how possibly to do it and where to download these things?

 

Please help me if you can, and i'm sorry if this post is not suppose to be in this area.
