I want to make a direct connection through bit commet to share some if my files with my brother, is there any way to do it?

Could i establish a really fast conection between us

if you make a torrent file and you upload it to a tracker, then yes, it's possible

You can't make a torrent with just one particular user in mind. That's not how BitTorrent works.

 

If you really want to send him something, just send him the files.

Bit torrent is meant to be a communal thing. Just send it through AIM or something, that is pretty fast.

Yes, torrents work on "swarm" algorithms. You could always set yourself up as an ftp server and have him login/download the file(s).
