How to run burned games on saturn

Whats the best way to run burned games on saturn.I know dc runs straight off with the exception of a few which you use utopia but is the saturn similiar or you have to mod it

I'm pretty sure you need a mod chip to play games on a Saturn. And you need a Model B Saturn also...

 

I don't know if we are allowed to talk about mod chips due to the rule change, but one 1emulation member sells them.
