XP Service Pack 2 to conflict with games

I don't know why. But theres no random slow downs for me with these games:

 

Generals + Zero Hour

Starcraft

Simcity4

UT2k3/U2

 

As expected. This might be only those 10,000~ish people and not EVERYONE,
