I want to know how to do this, I have been trying to for so long I was just wondering how to do it if anyone knows. And I dont want to buy a dohickey to do it, I want to do it on my own.

It requires the electronic skill and know how of how a USB connectors work since a PS2's and a PC's is different. It's eaiser with an Xbox controller.

Probably easier with an XBox controller, but I STILL declare those things to be second only to the Dreamcast in terms of worst controller EVER. Yes, I give the Jaguar more credit. :clapping:

The only thing I've ever converted to PC was an old SNES controller. Are the analog sticks useable when a dual shock is converted?

Wow, just get the damn adapter. You'll have to config the joypad , sticks, etc with the emulator you use, but that's no big deal. It's $10 well spent.
