Billinear filtering?

is there a way to enable billinear filtering? i know how to enable AA but i dunno about billinear filtering :\ my vid card is a ati 9600 xt with 4.7 drivers

Enable bilinear filtering in which program/game? Such filters are completely program depndant, AFAIK.

No, only anti aliasing and anisoptoric filtering can be changed with the video card.

 

You could mess around with texture quality...that's one of the settings.
