Alright...now I have a NeoRAGE display problem

I'm running my laptop with 1024 x 768 resolution in Windows XP. When I run NeoRAGE, instead of stretching itself to fit my resolution, it just stays really small. Then when I try to launch a game, it's that same size except crushed in the middle (overhead shooter style). What the hell is NeoRAGE doing? Can I get it to scale itself to my resolution?
