What are some of the best FTP's out there?

I still dunno where to ask this so i came here to find out LOL these new smilies are great. Im just looking for game and anime OSTs. I already know of the DC hhub VGMcentral but i already go to its corresponding FTP site. So, where could i go to find the aforementioned?
