What do I pick?

Just today I started playing PC games, I am very interested in playing this game but the setup is very old school. So does anyone know witch one to pick? Cause I keep getting no sound at all.

Get VDMsound and load the game with that and choose Soundblaster.

 

EDIT: Why do you have a half naked man in your desktop?

 

And if all else fails, just do standard sound. That ought to use your PC speakers. Now that is really old school.
