You'd need a supercomputer to emulate any next-gen console at full speed. However, if you really want to give it a shot, head to http://www.zophar.net. You need to use discs or then mount a PS2 DVD/CD image with Daemon Tools. You also better have a DVD drive if you want to run DVDs.
