Anti virus

if i download a crzacked anti virus or use a key dat i didn't pay for will it still work and will the company find out also how can i update it

Chances are it will work ok until you download the update that breaks it.

I have a friend who loves that thing, and it's free. He's the guy I go to for computer help too, and there aren't a lot of those, so his opinion is probably pretty valid. You may want to check reviews though just in case, I've been too lazy to.

how about a cracked or not paid for key for a firewall? can i just block the firewall from going online?

Usually the company won't find out. I have Panda and it updates everyday and everything is fine. I used to have Norton Corporate and everything was fine.

Unless the company check the serials from the software you are using while you are updating through online. If not, you're fine with it.

 

Never try that before. As I am using PC-Cilin only. Just grab the patterns and update it on my PC.

I use the free version of ZoneAlarm, and I find it great, you can get it here:

Its the full firewall but without the antvirus support, I use this along with Norton.
