Running MAIM 0.85 full set?

I downloaded a 4gb MAIM, file from overnet, its in dvd-iso format and is a.nrg file. I tried to burn it on nero, but i dont have a dvd burner and it gives me errors, I tried loading it with daemon, but nothing happened..... does anyone know how to open this file?
