quesiton bout bitorrent

im dl'ing something using bittorent and all of a sudden an error notice comes up saying something about tracker problem and after i press ok it still continues on dl'ing..you know whats up with that? and does that affect the file that im dlin'g??

Simple. The tracker doesn't work, but it still recivining data. A tracker controls how you get that data.
