Agozer
Sure it is, why wouldn't it be possible? First off, what controllers are we talking about here?
Sturmvogel
Well, the only time I ever had a problem was when I was using two different controllers. But now I use my PS2 controllers with a cheap usb thing from radioshack. It might help if you told us what kind of controller you have.
Daeval
I use a couple of (or even 4, on occasion) gamepad pro USBs and they work fine. Make sure you plug both of them in, one at a time, before you load up the emu. Also, make sure you go into the controls screen and double-check that both players are set to joysticks 1 and 2, some emus will re-set to the default keyboard if you run the program without a joystick plugged in even once. Also, I don't know about other controllers, but with the Gamepad Pros you're better off using the default win XP drivers than the ones from Gravis' site. The ones they had just screwed things all up. Along these lines, the first thing you should do is make sure they're both working in the game controllers section of the control panel.
