I wasn't kidding when I said I was gonna build a PC case out of Lego!

 

I just won an auction on Ebay for 14 POUNDS of Lego for a mere $9.99 USD, what a steal. (Well, Mega Bloks and Best Lock, same diff) http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...item=5918695703

Sweet! You'll have to post pics of the work in progress too. Oh, and go nab the smallest lego set you can find with a few clear bricks to put your lights behind.

I fully intend to buy some clear blocks/1x1 cylinders to put LEDs in, if there aren't any in that big lot I just bought (I don't see any, but that doesn't mean there aren't any)

what kinda case u making? a desktop or a tower?

A tower, with the motherboard vertically just like in a normal case.

Yeah, you're probably wondering "How he hell are you gonna keep the motherboard in place?"

Nuh uh! This case will consist of NOTHING but Lego, including all fastening of parts.

 

And of course the PC components. But no screws, no tape, no crazy glue, no chewing gum!
