runing programs off of 2nd hard drive.

My primary hard drive, is 80 gig and my second is 60 gig, i was thinking of installing all my pc games and roms on my second hard drive and running them from there, does any one know if this will effect my performance or make my computer work harder?

If their on seperate cables, it's better because you aren't hidering the other's one's speed. Yes it does work.
