Since when has Gouki been THAT evil?! He did kill Gouken but he's only evil when he fights people (with his intent to kill).

 

He is a godamn sales merchant!!

 

Plus the other enemies in the movie that they made up are crap and nothing to do with the SF universe. Stupid robot men with lasers and a terrible lead enemy. I thought the movie was awful.

Its from the movie. The red around Ryu is in a scene in Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie and so is the same exact position. If you look at it carfully, you can tell that it seems to be of a screenshot.
