Jjangthekid Posted September 18, 2004 Share Posted September 18, 2004 hey i got a 2 40 gb hard drive and on one of the hard drive i dl'ed a couple of movies that are 8-9 gb in total..but weirdly the 40 gb went down to 11... and another weird thing is when i start my comp..it asks me to choose an OS: Microsoft Windows XPMicrosoft Windows XP (Original) and i think that has something to do with the 40 gb going down to 11.. does anyone know how to solve this probleM?>. my comp so freakin slow!! argh!!!1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Like if he install XP and then stop during the installation process, when you boot up it will think there are two copies of XP and it makes you choose between them. Jjangthekid Posted September 18, 2004 Author Share Posted September 18, 2004 no i neverdid that..however i popped in my windows xp pro cd..and chose the "upgrade" function..and i sorta "reformated" my computer in a way but my old stuff was all there.. and the choosing the os window disappeared when i restarted the compl.. however.. my hd.'s memory is soo low..and i dont know whats casuing it..
