what other emulator will play strider 2

I currently play it on zinc, will nebula or kawaks play this game aswell, tried adding the dat but it wont play.

Nope, only Zinc and MAME. It's a ZN-2 game which Nebula or Kawaks don't do.

Kawaks and Nebula never had and most likely never will have ZN-1/2 support, since it's a completely different hardware (An arcade Playstation equivalent.)

 

Kawaks and Nebula only do 2D.
