Actually, Ciel's multiple knife projectile in Melty Blood/Re-ACT is pretty awesome... and she can do it in mid-air too.

 

Plus, you need to input the command at least 4 times to get to full effect.

I would say Hadoken, because it's the only real special one. It has their hands inside it for christs sake. Not just a ball of power.

double venom strike is cool it is just a normal double missile attack which lets oyu play mind games and counter attack missiles and many other specials, terry power wave is cool and letp`s oyu play mind games, the timing of that thingie is really cool, the hadoken , of coiurse it is a classical and it is cool
