hey... actually.. kinda random question about it... it seems like it wont input the spell commands like soul steal.. its like crazy difficult to do it and i only get it to come out very rarely... i had no trouble with it on console.. but yeah... is it the emulator? is there any way to fix this?

I've never had a problem on emulator but I had tons of problems on my PS2 with my copy of it. Is ePSXe better than SONY's emulator? yay! anyway I can do the soul steal thing on my Keyboard and my gamepad.
