I want to add a dat to my cps file

The game i want to add is In the hunt (cps1 or 2 or neither), I want to play it nebula. I was wondering where i can find a dat for that game, or a dat maker or somthing. Can i even play this game on nebula?

In the Hunt is not a CPS1/2 game the last time I checked. It is emulated by MAME and R.A.G.E. though.
