Super Metroid 64

You would think such a popular series would of been made for it, especially with tye 64's good reputation for shoot em up games.

 

It could of saved the entire console - ok maybe not, but at least it would of sold well.

Perhaps Nintendo thought that the N64 wasn't good enough for their ambitious project and if done, wouldn't do justice to the game. So, they waited for the GameCube.

I think waiting was definatly the right thing to do as Metroid Prime is so amazing!!

as i recall they were working on one for N64 but in never pulled through until later (same goes for RE 0/which was supposed to be 4) but i hate it, Metroid should not be a 1st person shooter!!! i cant stand playing it that way!!! ugh! at least make it 3rd person...although i cant wait to see who will play Samus in John Woo's Movie

They also cancelled the War: Final Assault for N64

 

Anyone who can get that arcade game/rom for N64 somehow that was never released is awesome, i would love to have that game...

 

oh the asskicking i did in the arcades on that machine
