alexis Posted December 28, 2002 Posted December 28, 2002 i used to have winmx, i mesh and kazaa, now winmx is gone or at least for me, i mesh is full of spyware and kazaa i can´t get to connect there lately, it is always saying connecting........... now can someone recommend me a peer to peer program?

Posted December 28, 2002 Posted December 28, 2002 direct connect. as long as you have files to share with others, it is the best. most hubs (servers) on direct connect dont require a specific type of files, so you could share basically anything, besides porn ofcourse. i used to use winmx too, but soon got tired of all the leechers and bastards that wont share anything. none of this in direct connect. if someone wont share with you, just notify one of the ops (mods) in the hub and they will see to the problem by either making the fellow share or banning him/her from the hub. also, direct connect is more community based, which means if you make some friends in the hub, you are pretty much set up for getting whatever files hey have to share at anytime. its the best p2p proggy out at the moment in my opinion. well, if you want to give it a try, you can start here : http://www.neo-modus.com. this is where you can download the program and read more about it. here are some hubs that i freaquent which you may find useful. Yes indeed direct connect is the place to be no doubt about it, mainly if your looking mainly for software, pc games, isos, roms. It's all there plus some, and ME by the way thanks for the hubs .
