I find CRTs to be better for gaming. But LCDs are getting better though, my hate for LCDs for gaming stems from the first and second generation of LCDs. I'll take a Trinitron over LCD anyday. random guy Posted October 22, 2004 Share Posted October 22, 2004 We've got an lcd screen on one computer, and the problem is that one of the dots doesn't register or something so it's constantly red. We tried to get a refund, but it turns out that the producers can allow a maximum of 1% of the dots to go red until you get a refund (within warranty), so if you get one expect some red dots on the screen.
